Mexican San Angel Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients:
– 40 shrimp
– 1 red onion, diced
– juice from 2 limes
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1 jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce
– lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
– Mix one jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce with diced red onion, and lime juice.
– Fold in the shrimp and add a diced avocado.
– Serve in martini glasses and garnish with cilantro leaves and a lime wedge.
